Curtis, Paul J. Fannin, J. William Fulbright, Robert P. Griffin, Clifford P. Hansen, Roman L. Hruska, Jacob K. Javits, Warren G. ("Maggie") Magnuson, Jack R. Miller, Robert W. Packwood, Charles H. Percy, Abraham A. Ribicoff, Robert A. Best, and Thomas Vail, met in the Cabinet Room of the White House at an unknown time between 5:18 pm and 5:34 pm. The Cabinet Room taping system captured this recording, which is known as Conversation 066-001 of the White House Tapes.
