Free Art Workshops for Veterans and Their Families
The Richard Nixon Presidential Library and Museum is hosting several free art workshops that will culminate in a Veterans art show on September 26, 2023 at the Nixon Library.
Art of Valor - Our Story is a powerful initiative utilizing workshop settings led by specially-trained teaching artists for individuals to tell their stories through the Arts. Each participant is empowered to explore an aspect of their lives, family, or culture that they want to share. You can sign up for any 2 dates.
August 15th - 5:30 to 7:30 pm
August 22nd - 5:30 to 7:30 pm
August 29th - 5:30 to 7:30 pm
September 5th - 5:30 to 7:30 pm
Workshops will be held on additional dates at Salt Creek Beach Park.
