There are two ways to obtain reproductions of the textual and audiovisual materials in our holdings – make your own copies or order copies.
A self-service, black-and-white photocopier is available in our Research Room. The reproduction fee for self-service copies is set by the National Archives and Records Administration. Currently, the cost is $0.25 per page.

Reproduction Request Forms – the forms and the method for ordering vary according to the requested media.
The archives staff is available to provide reproductions of specified materials at the reproduction fee set by the National Archives and Records Administration. Currently, the cost for reproductions is $0.80 per page with a minimum order of $20.00.

A fifty percent (50%) deposit may be required for large orders of 100 or more pages. Payment for orders is made through Pay.gov, the federal government's online payment system.
All reproductions are provided as scanned digital image files. Hard copies can be provided upon request and shipping arrangements (UPS) can be made at the researcher’s expense.
The Nixon Library archive staff cannot undertake extensive searches or make subjective judgments of the materials. The entire content of a folder will be copied.
