Ford, John J. McFall, Leslie C. Arends, Wilbur D. Mills, Dr. Thomas E. ("Doc") Morgan, Herman T. Schneebeli, William S. Mailliard, John D. Ehrlichman, Ronald L. Ziegler, William E. Timmons, Richard K. Cook, Thomas C. Korologos, Kenneth W. Dam, William D. Eberle, and William Pierce, met in the Cabinet Room of the White House at an unknown time between 8:37 am and 10:19 am. The Cabinet Room taping system captured this recording, which is known as Conversation 122-001 of the White House Tapes.
