Hodgson, Elliot L. Richardson, John A. Volpe, George P. Shultz, Richard C. Van Dusen, Dr. Arthur S. Flemming, John B. Martin, and Leonard Garment, met in the Cabinet Room of the White House from 10:37 am to 11:04 am. The Cabinet Room taping system captured this recording, which is known as Conversation 057-004 of the White House Tapes.
